What’s Left?

Sometimes leftovers are just as good as the first time around. I had leftover pancakes for breakfast this morning. Warmed in the toaster with a little peanut butter and jam. Great emergency breakfast because we were practically out of milk.
Sometimes you gotta cook with what’s left.

Actually, a lot of times we’ll make extras of breakfast on purpose, for that very reason. And Ben LOVES French Toast and soyuup…. So every time we make a batch, several pieces go into the fridge, so that we’ve got an easy and ready meal that we know he’ll eat.
